In the Famoxadone-like JG144 structure, and in our unpublished chick bc1 with famoxadone, Tyr278(9) of cyt b H-bonds to the Rieske His161, and may be responsible for imobilizing the ISP-ED. Does famoxadone still affect k1 when this residue (Y302 in Rb I think) is mutated to Phe?
