The distance constraints revealed here would appear to be inconsistant with the chromatophore model of Geyer and Helms (Biophys J 91 (2006) 921-6)in which reaction center dimers ring the equator of the vesicle while the ATPase and bc complex are at the poles, with a zone of LH coplex between.
